Max Corps Fitness focuses on multiple modalities to help our members achieve their fitness goals. Our owner/trainer Chris uses experience gained from many years of Martial Arts and service in the United States Marine Corps to create ever changing group classes, guaranteed to challenge all. We work with a variety of fitness levels from hard core athletes to individuals trying to work out for the first time.

"Man, was I impressed! Chris is a great boot camp leader -- one who pushed me when I needed to be pushed. The classes were challenging, the class sizes small and the calorie burn fantastic. Each class was different from the last so the body was constantly being challenged & worked.
